ALL GOODS ARE DISPATCHED ON TIME, HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING CARRIER DELAYS DUE TO CORONAVIRUS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 EXTRA WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE.
Our packaging delivery service
We offer a next working day delivery service for all orders over £40 (excluding VAT) which are placed by 3pm Mon-Fri.
If your order is under £40 (excluding VAT), a shipping charge of £3.99 will be added at checkout. We use DX Express for parcel shipments and Palletline for pallet shipments, depending on the items you order.
Please note that weekends & bank holidays are not considered working days. If your order is received before 3pm Monday to Thursday, it will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following working day.
Orders received before 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched same-day for delivery on the following Monday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, using a next working day delivery service.
Smith Packaging does not currently deliver outside of the UK.
Returning your products
We hope you’ll be happy with the product and service you receive, but if for any reason this isn’t the case and you are unhappy with the item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Just contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com, who will issue you with a returns form and postage instructions.
We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
